I'll be traveling from March 17-April 17 and would love to sublet my lovely renovated 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment in Cobble Hill! True one bedroom on the 4th floor (top floor) of a walkup. Bright west-facing windows with views of One World Trade. The neighborhood is filled with markets (including Trader Joes), restaurants, bars, coffee shops, laundromats, dry cleaners, boutiques, and a local movie theater. Happy to send along my recs!

My apartment has an office area you are welcome to use! The living room has a TV loaded with some streaming services that are all yours. I also have a few plants that will need to be watered occasionally.

Transportation: 2 blocks to the F/G train, the B57, and plenty of Citibike stations. Only 15 minutes into Manhattan via subway or bike.

Utilities: Electricity and gas including in price. Laundromat around the corner with wash & fold, machines, and dry cleaning. Laundry cart available for you to borrow!

This is a shoes-off apartment please! Looking for one person or a couple that will be tidy and respectful of the space.

No pets allowed in the building sadly.
