I am looking for someone to rent my bungalow apartment in Rockaway Beach for the month of August while I am away on tour!

Come have a beach stay, soaking in the beauty and ease of life on the Rockaway Penninsula. This home is a one bedroom with great internet, AC, a little bathroom with a shower, a nice kitchen and a little front patio for eating/drying clothes/writing. I cook most meals here so it’s a fun place for a beach-y chef!

This space is very special. It is two blocks from the beach and the 97th st concessions (SURF SPOT!), and less than a block from the 98th st subway and the bay (FISHING SPOT!)

This is a ground floor apartment in a back tenement with a shared entrance for the apartment upstairs. There is a basement unit below with a separate entrance. The building is located behind a larger building used as a vacation rental; sometimes vacation renters have parties. Laundromat around the corner, grocery stores in walking/biking/transport distance.

The apartment has a plants and very nice light. It’s clean and simple, laid out kind of like a sailboat, with wood floors and white walls. There are coolers, chairs and an umbrella available for you for beach shenanigans. Apartment is good for one or two people, no pets.

I’d love to rent to a surfer, a dreamer, an angler, a chiller, non-partier. No smoking. I hope we can cultivate a relationship! I do go on tour a lot and need to rent this place out to a trusted person for a month at a time.
