St. Luke’s School offers students opportunities for creativity, exploration, and enrichment through a vibrant and diverse After School Program. The ASP provides exceptional, gifted and devoted staff in our general care, enrichment, and music programs.
After School Program Staff Expectations:
- General care and enrichment classes between 2:00 - 6:00 p.m. on most days.
- Enjoys interacting with kids between the ages of 4-12. Ability to work with children and remain friendly, calm, and patient.
- Capacity to multitask and be flexible to the needs of the program.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a safe and fun learning environment for children.
- Regular communication with parents and after school consultants.
- Work with all parties to ensure students are in classes and lessons.
- Opportunity to be a substitute teacher during the school day as well as evening event child care.

Excellent communication skills. Contact and communication with students, faculty/staff, and parents on a regular basis. Contact and communication consists of face-to-face discussions, e-mail, phone calls. Communicate effectively with the school’s constituents.
