A true artists loft in Tribeca is available for two weeks while I am traveling for work.

The loft is 1100 square feet with 16ft ceilings, double height windows, washer/dryer, dishwasher, AC, private street entrance and complete privacy.

The space is a one bedroom loft with a king size bed, high end sheets, large down sofa, surround sound audio, high pressure shower, well equipped kitchen and beautiful artwork and decor. I am open/ okay with pets, just please let me know.

It is in a small prewar building in the heart of Tribeca on the corner of Broadway and Franklin and an amazing super here to help for anything you may need.

Tribeca is an exciting neighborhood with lots of galleries, close to Odeon, Happier Grocery, Soho, etc.

I am looking for a fully two week sublet (or close to) but am open to shorter stays as well.
