I’m David, and I’m looking for a kind, respectful, and clean roommate to share my freshly renovated 2BR/2BA home in Highland Park, starting July 1 (open to an earlier move in).

About the space:
• You’ll have your own private bedroom and bathroom
• Recently renovated: all new finishes, fixtures, and materials
• Central A/C and heat
• In-unit washer/dryer
• Small garage for extra storage
• The room is unfurnished, but I’m open to furnishing it for the right fit

About the home and location:
The house is cozy, peaceful, and filled with natural light. It’s on a quiet, friendly street with a lovely sense of community—just around the corner from Amara Kitchen and a quick 5-minute drive to both Figueroa and York. Super convenient access to the 110 and I-5.

The shared living areas (kitchen + living room) are fully furnished and thoughtfully decorated, but I’m totally open to making space for some of your furniture and art too! There is some storage space in the garage as well.

About you:
