We have a furnished (or unfurnished if preferred) apartment we are looking to rent out. The apartment is in a separate wing of our house. It has its own entrance on the other side of the building. The house is located on 12 acres, 5 acres of fields and the remaining land is forested. We have a greenhouse, community garden, and free range roaming chickens as well. We're about 15 minutes from Hudson NY, and 15 minutes Red Hook area.
The price includes all utilities.

We are looking for someone to move in May 1st or June 1st works as well.

About This Lister

We bought the property in 2022, and have been putting lots of love into it since. We have a friend who lives in a tiny house and another friend who rents a workshop on other parts of the property. We also have two boys 1.5 and 4 years old.
