Hi!! I'm subletting my 800-sq ft one-bedroom in beautiful Ditmas Park while I travel from April 1-19. I've been in this apartment for 3+ years and love spending time on the couch, reading in the breakfast nook or doing work at the desk setup.

The price to sublet is significantly reduced (less than half of what I pay) because I'm also asking the subletter to care for my lovely, low-maintenance cat named Sol.

The apartment bright and colorful and full of art and plants. Ample closet space and a great kitchen with a dishwasher. I keep the space extremely clean. There's a Peloton bike you're welcome to use.

The neighborhood is really peaceful and it's less than a 10-minute walk to the Newkirk Plaza B/Q, and the F train.

The building is full of long-time residents who enjoy their peace and quiet. This is definitely not a party house! Friend dinners and visitors are of course welcome, but we keep it pretty quiet around here, and will need a subletter who understands this.

There is a washer/dryer in the building that you can pay to use. Bonus points if you're a plant lover who can water my many plants during your stay. No pets, no smoking inside.

RESPOND AND TELL ME A BIT ABOUT YOURSELF and your experience with cats, please!! One occupant is ideal, but I'll consider couples.
