I’m looking to sublet my room in a 2.5 bed apt (2 bed with additional office/living space) from April 1, 2025 to June 30, 2025 (flexible) after which you have the option to renew the lease with the landlord directly.

- Prime Bushwick location – walk everywhere
- 10 mins walk to Morgan L & Jefferson L
- <5 mins walk to Maria hernandez park
- Lots of natural sunlight inside
- Rooftop access with view of manhattan’s skyline

About the room:
- Cozy room and with good closet space
- Fits a full bed with a desk with enough left over space (Can consider leaving the bed and the desk behind at a minimal cost if you need it)
- Room gets ample sunlight
- Rent: $1750/mo (not including utilities). Will prorate the rent if you start mid month

Location:
- Right in the middle of all the restaurants, bars, and cafes
- Multiple grocery stores, 99 cent stores, bodegas
- laundromats (there’s laundry in the building as well) within a 5 minute walk

About the roommate: Your roommate would be 29 year old Andrew who works as a sommelier in the city, spends most of his working day outside and is a great cook who likes to share :)
