A beautifully designed three-bedroom Victorian home in Hackney, centred around a striking open-plan living room & kitchen that moves on to a private walled garden.
Filled with natural light from overhead skylights, the space is calm, warm and thoughtfully put together. It’s ideal for slow mornings, long dinners, and weekends in London with friends or family.
Set in Stoke Newington, with cafés, restaurants, parks and the Overground just moments away, it offers fast access into central London.

We’re a creative family of three (four including Nova - our beloved pup), currently looking to sublet our much-loved home in Stoke Newington, London while we’re away.
I’m a documentary filmmaker, so the house has been a place for reading, writing, editing, thinking and occasionally pacing around trying to solve impossible story problems.
My wife is a bass DJ and producer, so music is a big feature in our home. Our four-year-old daughter is rapidly becoming both a painter and a dancer, so the house has also hosted its fair share of art exhibitions and living-room performances.
We care a lot about the space and have put a great deal of love into making it feel calm, warm and welcoming. It’s a family home rather than an anonymous rental, so we’re hoping to find like-minded people who will enjoy it, look after it, and treat it with the same care.
We’re tidy, considerate and friendly, and have a good relationship with our neighbours. We’ll be the main contact for whoever sublets the house and will make sure everything is clear, straightforward and well organised.
My pronouns are he/him.
This is our family home. Therefore we politely and respectfully request that bookings are made to enjoy the space, but not for parties.
Check in and check out is done in person with the home owners. Check in and check out times are flexible, but generally check in will be after 2:00pm and check out by 10:00am.
We are pet owners ourselves and we know how important our furry friends are. We are happy for guests to bring up to two well behaved pets.
