- All utilities included in a fixed price (electricity, water, WiFi, heat, cleaning)

Located in a creative neighborhood, the apartment is an easy walk (about 15 minutes) to the Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn Library, and Prospect Park.
The neighborhood is vibrant but not overwhelming, with a lot of amazing local spots:
Lisbonata and Little Zelda (my go-to cafes)
Bagel Pub for a classic NY breakfast
Kissa Kissa for cocktails
Several yoga studios and gyms nearby

Close to these subways:
C, S lines at Franklin Av
A, C lines at Nostrand Av

The Ideal Guest
I’m looking for someone thoughtful and easygoing. Anyone who appreciates a calm, beautifully kept home and doesn’t need a TV to unwind would love it here.
