Rooftop and courtyard access too.

Five minutes on foot to the Smith/9th F and G trains. Lowes, Home Depot, and IKEA are close by for supplies, and there's good food in the area.

Rent covers all utilities and high-speed internet. You get private 24/7 access, secure bike parking, and free street parking out front. Second floor, no elevator, so it's not wheelchair accessible.
