400 sq. ft. private studio for artists, designers, or others who work in the creative industry, located on the 3rd floor of our new location at 98 Forrest St. in Jersey City. This studio is part of a secure floor of art studios. The space itself is a private space, with a locking steel door. The floor and ceiling are concrete. There are numerous grounded electrical sockets and a window.

Shared bathrooms. 24 hour access, dedicated freight elevator is just outside the studio. Utilities are included. Heavy use such as a kiln will require an extra fee.

Common area has grandette piano, stereo with record player, couches and chairs, art book library. (library shelving coming soon)

Parking for tenants is in a lot on the property, which is enclosed by a fence, but limited. There is no fee for tenant parking. Street parking available. Light Rail is close but due to a construction project, the station is somewhat round-about but with a scooter or bike it would be easy.

All studios come with free access to a wood shop, ceramics studio, printmaking, spray booth, and photo studio at our Hoboken location. Jersey City location has a metal shop with access for an extra fee.
