The 950sqft unit has dining room separated from living room and large kitchen with new appliances. The bedroom has a queen size bed and walk-in closet. The apartment also has other amenities such as an AC, an eletric piano and a sofa-bed.
The area is incredibly well connected: 10-min walk to lots of restaurants, bars and stores in Andersonville; 10-min walk to the lakefront and 30 min to the loop by public transport.
There's a laundry and bike room in the building, which is in a courtyard.

About This Lister

I'm getting my PhD from Northwestern University and I'm going away for the next Academic Year to do part of my research. This place was the first apartment where I felt home here in Chicago and it's truly great! I made friends with a lot of my neighbors and love the area.

My partner and I work a lot from home and it feels like the apartment can give us both the space to do that! It's very cozy in the Winter and super close to cool beaches for the Summer time, which is a must in Chicago!

I'm looking for people with similar life styles and who can communicate well during this period I'm away!
