I'm renting on a month by month basis my home in Savannah's best historic neighborhood: Baldwin Park!
You might be someone who: can enjoy spending time working remotely, is working on a film production, is visiting your child at SCAD, or perhaps just trying Savannah out for a month or two while you look for your forever home here.
House is 2 bed, 1 bath. Beautiful front porch and a big private backyard. Comes fully furnished and appointed with wifi and cable TV, full kitchen, laundry, and dishwasher. All bills included. My regular lawn service will take care of all the gardening each month.
From the house, it is an easy walk to wonderful local coffee spots like Perc or Good Fortune Market, local pizza Hop Atomica, Baldwin Park and Daffin Park, and all the great dinner spots, wine bars, cafes, and art museums of Savannah's Starland district. Short drive or uber to the historic downtown of Savannah. 25 minutes to Tybee Island for the beach.

This is my home that I love dearly. I have poured my heart/sweat/tears/money into this place and plan to move back here. All rentals will need to go through an application process and sign an agreement before taking over the keys. Sorry, but absolutely no pets or smoking (ie vaping) of any kind in the home, due to my severe allergies.
I'm very close with the neighbors and the community. My mother in law lives a few streets away. So it's very important to me I find someone who is a value add to this community and my home!
