Close to the Myrtle-Willoughby G stop (20-30 mins into the city), B38 and B43 trains, and CitiBike.

$2850/month for December 17-January 17, prorated for the remainder of January if you'll be staying through the month. Dates are flexible. If you're staying February - March, rent is $3400. The current 2850 at a discounted rate because of the holidays and many people being away.

Shorter stays (minimum 7 days) are available, although priority will be given to those with longer stays. There is a potential to extend on a month-to-month basis until March or April.
