My apartment will be available for two different time periods:

1. November 21 – December 5
2. December 20 - January 2

I’m open to different people renting for each time period, but ideally, I’d love for whoever stays to take the full stretch (or most of it) for their selected dates.

Sublease Details:
Total rent + $200 cleaning fee
Refundable $1,000 deposit (returned within 5 days of stay)
