Welcome to my place! I’ve loved living here for the past 5 years and am only moving because I’m heading to Brooklyn. I’m hoping to find someone who’ll enjoy it as much as I have and take great care of it.

It’s a bright, sunny one-bedroom that gets great light, has hardwood floors, and open city views (you're 3 minutes walking from Central Park).

The location is honestly one of the best parts: right where the Upper West Side, Harlem, and Morningside Heights meet. You’re just two blocks from both Central Park and Morningside Park, and super close to Columbia, Barnard, and St. John the Divine. There are tons of great cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby.

The building is pet-friendly and has some great amenities: a gym, landscaped roof and backyard gardens, part-time doorman, and a 24-hour virtual lobby attendant. There’s also an elevator, plus in-unit washer/dryer and a dishwasher, which makes everyday life much easier.

Getting around is easy too! You’re close to the B/C and 2/3 trains at 110th Street, and there’s a Citi Bike station just a minute away.
