I am subletting my lovely East Harlem 1 BR while I am temporarily working in Washington, D.C. You not only get an in-unit washer/dryer (combo unit), a dishwasher, and a fitness mirror, you also get a private, gorgeous backyard space!

The building is pet-friendly, and the unit is on the first floor, so no walking-up. It's at the back of the building, so fairly quiet and private. The closest subways are the 4/5/6 and the 2/3, and Whole Foods and Trader Joe's are an easy walk.

Note: I will also be looking for a subletter from Sept. 1 to end of December, 2025!
