Looking to spend the Holidays in NYC? We are subletting our spacious 2 bedroom apartment in Williamsburg. The main bedroom has a king bed and the 2nd bedroom is an office / music studio. We have an air mattress and there’s plenty of room for it in the studio if needed. It's a beautiful, light filled and cozy spot in an incredible part of Brooklyn!

The space is great for a couple or single person. We are looking for someone who is respectful of their space and others, and who is generally quiet and chill in the home.

Apartment is off the Lorimer L stop. The space is beautiful and flooded with light and the area is unbeatable. Steps away from incredible North Williamsburg, Lorimer hubs all around, and East Williamsburg favorites as well.

It is a second floor walk up. No laundry or dishwasher. No pets. 1 bathroom. It's in a quiet, 3 family home. No smoking, marijuana or drug use of any kind is permitted in the home. Vape and Alcohol is fine. Please be conscious of noise for the neighbors.

Tons of amazing restaurants, bars, and shops nearby and the brand new Williamsburg Winter Market. Additionally the Union Square Holiday Market is only a few stops away on the L train! Multiple grocery stores, laundry, and wine store options.

Start and end date may be flexible. We are hoping for someone who can occupy for the majority of the time. If you are interested, let us know! We would love to meet you.

My name is Ana (she/her) and my partner is Alex (he/him).

We are actors, singers, musicians, writers, and teachers. I am originally from Oregon and I have been living in New York for 8 years as a professional actor and musician. Alex is originally from the UK and has spent time in Los Angeles and New York over the last ten years. In 2019 he spent the year in New York performing on Broadway in The Book of Mormon. We are both very creative, friendly, and outgoing. We love to travel and adventure, cook, hike, and spend time with friends. We take excellent care of our space and expect others to do the same.
