The unit is fully furnished and on the second floor of a small building with great neighbors, a pool and in building laundry with AC, a dishwasher, WiFi and a brand new TV. There is lots of space and tons of light since the unit is on the second floor.
I'm looking for someone to take the place for at least a month and I'm open to subleasing beyond June with a flex start date (could be Feb) and a possible lease takeover. Looking for someone quiet and trustworthy to steward this lovely spot. Please let me know a bit about yourself if you're interested!
