Sunny and spacious one bedroom apartment on the top floor of brownstone in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn.

The fully-furnished pre-war apartment has many charming details—skylights, tall windows, and original hardwood floors—along with everything you need for modern comfort: AC units in both the bedroom and living room, a memory foam mattress, and an amazing espresso machine.

The apartment is in a prime location, just on the border between Prospect Heights and Park Slope. You'll be blocks away from Prospect Park and just down the street from amazing restaurants and several grocery stores. You're also a short walk from both the 7th Avenue subway station (B/Q) and Atlantic Ave (N/Q/R/B/D/2/3/4).

There is no laundry in the building but we use a laundromat just around the corner (that also offers drop off service if that's preferable).

We love this home and are hoping to find someone, or a couple, who will take care of it (and a handful of plants!) while we're traveling. We're ideally looking for someone to rent it for the full dates, though we have some flexibility on dates.

Sadly, pets are not allowed.

We're a married couple (in our late 20s / early 30s) that's lived in this apartment for the past four years. We spend our weekends reading / hanging in Prospect Park, eating at many of the restaurants and cafes on Vanderbilt ave (just a block over :)), or popping into the city to see exhibits.
