A 66" screen TV with access to all streaming services. A huge kitchen with all the amenities to makes a delicious dinner. A fireplace and a little nook to read, write, work. There are one set of stairs.

The apartment is a 1 minute walk into town and 5 minute walk to hikes and trails. It is is right in front of the Beacon Bus that takes you to and from town and the train station. The apartment is next to a corner store for quick access to food or drinks - great for the diet coke addiction. The store closes at midnight and has never been a disturbance for how long i've lived here.

This spot if perfect for an artist or pet owners or merely just to get a reprieve from the city. It's right on the most beautiful waterfall. This space is truly special.
