Our apartment sits in a wonderful location on the border of Bed Stuy and Clinton Hill. Situated near great restaurants and cafes, the space is sun-filled with floor to ceiling south-facing windows in the living room.

Amenities include: in-unit washer & dryer, 2 full bathrooms (one with a bathtub, one with stand-in shower), dishwasher, great kitchen for those who love to cook, and a shared rooftop space with BBQ and outdoor seating.

The primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the 2nd room is an office with a pullout couch (with queen-sized mattress). It's a great space for a couple that works from home. We have 3 desk spaces to work from.

The apartment is in a 4-unit building, so it's intimate and neighborly. Summer in the neighborhood is loads of fun - vibrant and lively with block parties.

If you're a plant-lover, we have a collection that we'd love for you to tend to. If plants ain't your thang, we are happy to take them to a friend while you're subletting.

Please note: because we live here, the closets will have some of our clothing and belongings. We will leave an open section of the primary closet and the dresser available for your use.

2nd bedroom - if you'd like to use this as a bed instead of an office, please let us know ahead of time so we can arrange the pullout couch for your accommodation.

I am a California-native with Chinese-Cambodian roots, who's been living in NY the last 5 years. I work at a social impact agency, and my partner is a musician, digital artist, and a Creative Director. My partner and I own the apartment, so it's important for us to find someone who will care for the space.

We are renting out the space while we are traveling back to California to visit family.
