I'm looking for people in Brooklyn or Manhattan for long-term house swapping. I live in Mt. Tremper, which is about 15 minutes outside of Woodstock in the Catskills. It's a beautiful, two-bedroom A-frame on five acres with a breathtaking view. Very close to some solid restaurants, hiking, skiing (if that's your thing) and other fun outdoor activities. It's also perfect for a creative retreat — serene, stunningly beautiful, and quiet. I also have a very very sweet cat (Goma!) who's super easy and is a good companion for any creative endeavor.

Ideally, I'm looking for people who want to stay for an extended period of time (2 weeks +) or those who'd like to be here more frequently. If you're interested, and have a nice spot in BK or the city, reach out -- I'd love to talk!
