My partner and I are on an around the world trip before we have kids, and looking to sublet our place to people we can trust. 🤍

Our home is a beautifully decorated, cozy and spacious craftsman home in historical West Adams, a rare and charming Los Angeles neighborhood lined with idyllic SoCal palm trees.

The house is a 3 bedroom 2 bath 1800 sq. ft interior with a 7,800 sq. ft yard, in a family-friendly neighborhood.

The front yard features diverse landscaping, a solar-lit pathway, and homey porch.

Upon entering the house, you are greeted with an open format living and dining area with a 55” Smart TV and long dining table ideal for small group dinners.

Lots of natural light and plants. Central heating and AC. Front door has a smart lock that can be programmed virtually.

Fully equipped kitchen with traditional stovetops, oven, and dish washer.

The front of the house features a full bathroom between the two front bedrooms with stacked laundry machines in the hallway. The hallway leads to the back of the home, which features a large wide open primary bedroom den with attached walk-in closet and second full bathroom. The main room also has double doors leading to the backyard, which features a beautiful wooden patio, BBQ grill, seating areas, cement flooring, garden beds, more diverse landscaping, and detached garden shed with some storage.

Google wifi mesh covers the entire house, including the front and backyards.

Our street is wide and gated on one end, peaceful with no traffic, and extremely accessible to major hubs at the same time. Just off the 10 freeway, close to metro stations, train station downtown, surrounded by a variety of your favorite grocery stores. Ample street parking available right in front and in a long uncovered driveway.

Accessibility node: there are a few steps up to the house.

We are open to subletting the full house or individual rooms, mostly looking for friends or friends of friends. :)

Utilities included. Flexible contract length, but ideally looking for ~6 months starting around Feb 1. We are requiring a signed lease agreement and 1 month rent security deposit. Dogs are allowed at an additional monthly cost.
