I am listing the 2nd room in my spacious Art Deco apartment in the Beverly Fairfax area. The room is fully furnished and features ample lighting, windows, and has a really nice draft. The closet is a good size, and you will also have a dresser in the room.

The apartment is quite large, and it offers a lot of privacy. You will be sharing this apartment and bathroom with me.

Located in Beverly Fairfax, so walking distance to many grocery stores, clothing stores, parks, and malls. I walk everywhere (including to work). Street parking is permitted, so I will give you a permit if you have a car. I love my neighborhood and how quiet and walkable it is.

You will be paying rent to me every month.

About This Lister

You will be living with me, I am a chef !!! I am either working, hiking, at the beach, or with family and friends. When I am home, I'm cooking or reading. I am fairly quiet and keep to myself. I am sober, so I don't tolerate partying or loud/boisterous gatherings.

I am looking for someone who is active and doesn't work from home. Since I am a chef, I expect the kitchen to be clean at all times. It's one of my pet peeves when the kitchen is left dirty or smelly. Having a sanctuary and someone who respects it is important to me.

I promise I am nice, regardless of all of my requirements ;)
