I have a cozy sunny modern studio apartment in Bedstuy for sublet beginning February 1st, 2025. There is a possibility of flexible start or end dates (possibly beyond March 31st 2025).
The apartment is conveniently located near multiple subways (1 block and short walk) with a 15 to 20 minutes ride to Manhattan.
Citi Bike docks are less than 2 blocks away and street parking is available if you have a car.
Coffee shops, restaurants (with walk-up drinks and indoor/outdoor seating), and grocery stores are within a 5 to 10-minute walk away.
Utilities per month: Optimum high speed internet and Con-ed electric. Utilities are not included in the $2375 for rent.
Amenities: There are washers and dryers in the building, a gym, elevator, virtual doorman, and bike room. There is also a two story rooftop.
There are cleaners and a seamstress next door and wash and fold/pick drop off laundromats within 2 blocks of the apartment.
This apartment is great for professionals, college students. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment and preferably no one with pets. A small pet can be considered.
Payment: A security deposit will be required, along with 1st sublet month's rent. The deposit is absolutely refundable, granted there are no damages to the apartment and other sublet agreements have been met. Rent will be due upon the 1st of every month. A copy of monthly utility charges will be provided each month and must be paid in full.
