The neighborhood is great, good coffee around the corner, excellent bistro Chez Oscar across the street, decent groceries at Halsey Traders a few blocks away, and the express A/C at Utica Avenue is 3 blocks away. Parking on the block is usually easy, and the neighborhood is great for wandering to see the historic homes and new spots to eat if you get tired of cooking. Offering the apartment at this low rate given the short notice and our need for someone who'll respect the house I just spent a year and half renovating myself.
