This is a room available in a charming, bright, second-floor 2 bed, 2 bath in Bed-Stuy, available now. It is situated on a beautiful, quiet, tree-lined Madison street, around 10 mins walk from the G at Bedford-Nostrand, the A/C at Nostrand Ave and the C at Franklin Ave. It has a combination washer/dryer in the unit and mini-split AC/Heat systems in each room. The bedroom fits a queen sized bed (though definitely more spacious with a full sized). The apartment was gut-renovated earlier this year, so, floors, cabinets etc. are brand new. Art Shack cafe is right around the corner, and there are tons of bars and restaurants near by, with Tomkins St a 15 min walk away. This apartment is small, but it is beautiful, has everything you need, and is in a fantastic location.
