I am looking for someone to join the lease for this private room in a two-bedroom apartment a block from the Jefferson L. This room comes with its own attached private living area and private bathroom. Think of it as a petite one bedroom with a shared kitchen. Plenty of beautiful sunlight and fresh air. Perfect for a young full-time professional or freelancer. I could be open to a couple as well.

The apartment is in a pre-war, low-rise building housing families and working adults, located on a peaceful tree-lined street. Yet the neighborhood is also prime Bushwick, close to all the Wyckoff Street restaurants and nightlife. 20 minutes to Manhattan on the L. Great bus connections to other parts of Brooklyn.

My current roommate is leaving at the end of the month, so the idea is for someone to sign on to the lease with me. The landlord's required documents are listed below.
