The apartment is on the 3rd floor (only two easy flights up) and gets great natural light. It overlooks a peaceful garden, offering quiet and lovely views—rare for this part of the city.
The kitchen and bathroom are both spacious and recently renovated. The apartment comes fully equipped: linens, bath towels, kitchenware, TV, and high-speed internet are all included.
Available July 1st for $3700/month, which includes all utilities and internet. Minimum stay is one year. No Couples please. No Pets
I’m the owner, so no broker’s fee, and no board approval required. I’m looking for a responsible, respectful subletter who will treat the apartment with care and be mindful of the neighbors.

1. Please send me an intro email describing why you're moving, what you do for a living, and also confirm you are ready to commit to one year. Great if you can add your phone number and Linkedin profile to speed out the process :) I will share mine too.
2. We can schedule a phone/zoom or meet in person if you're local.
3. In order to secure the place I will ask:
- Signed Guest Agreement on Docusign
- Photo ID
- Two Months Rental Fee - Reference (e.g. screenshot of an Airbnb review you received as a guest, or one person you rented from on Listings Project). Security Deposit required.
