I’m subletting my spacious, comfortable one-bedroom apartment in East Williamsburg. It’s in a great spot, just a two-minute walk from the L train, so getting around is super easy.

The apartment has a big living area with plenty of natural light, a full kitchen with a dishwasher, and a bedroom with a queen bed, two closets and a standing desk. There’s central AC and heating, plus a balcony and a roof a few floors up.

This is a modern building with multiple units. It has good amenities: a gym downstairs, plus in-building laundry, and a games room. A fob is required to enter the main building and keys for the apt.

Lots of good bars and restaurants nearby, with Bushwick on one side and Williamsburg on the other.

If you’re looking for a clean, easy, well-located place to call home for a bit, this is a great spot!
