Hello! We're subletting our furnished, lovely and spacious 1-bedroom apartment while traveling abroad this summer from May 25 to Aug 12. Ideally, we’d rent it for the full period or by the month, but we’re flexible and open to shorter stays as well.

$2100 a month with utilities.
Additional $100 cleaning fee (OR you can clean upon departure)

The apartment is divided into three large spaces + a bathroom:
*a fully-equipped kitchen;
*a work/living area with a sofa, tables, and an electric desk;
*a bedroom with a queen-size mattress, closets, wall mirror, reading chair, and a second workspace (not pictured here).

Incredibly convenient to all of Manhattan or Brooklyn: a 7-minute walk to Forest Ave station. Enjoy good views every day crossing the Williamsburg Bridge by M train or travel super fast with the underground L. (25 min to Manhattan) Also, several buses to Queens and Brooklyn are available nearby. CitiBike docks within 4-blocks. Shops, grocery stores, 24/7 supermarket, pharmacy, park, public library, good restaurants, the best pizza place, cool cafes, bars, and nice and affordable pubs right outside doors.

Please note: This is a 4th-floor walk-up, NOT wheelchair accessible.
No smoking. No parties. Quiet building.

All tenants take full responsibility for any damage to the apartment, furnishings, and contents.
