About This Lister

Hi! I’m Fredgy (she/her). I’m the current leaseholder and lived in this apartment with my daughter for the past two and a half years. We recently relocated for personal and family reasons, and I’m looking for someone who will enjoy the space as much as we did.

I’ve already moved out, and I’ve left some furniture in the apartment that can be purchased if you’re interested. I’ll provide the application and lease information, and once approved, management will be your direct point of contact moving forward.

I’m typically available to show the apartment, but if I’m tied up with work or school, my friend Nancy—who is a student at CUNY—will show it on my behalf. She’s reliable, friendly, and knows the space well.

Last two pay stubs
Last two months’ bank statements (checking or savings) (Must reflect name, account number, and a minimum balance 3 months equivalent to rent of the desired unit per applicant)
A copy of their last Tax Returns and/or W-2 form
Proof of renter’s insurance from all leaseholders is required in order for the Landlord to countersign the new lease.
