Asking for $4650/mo + utilities (Fios $90 + ConEd) + $200 cleaning fee upon move-out. I do ask for payement up front once we finalize details since its only one month. The space can accommodate people traveling for the World Soccer Championship.
You have a view of the One World Trade in a fully-furnished, very sunny apartment. Huge windows in the living room and bedroom provide all the light you would want.
I cook a lot so you'll have everything you need in the kitchen.
I have a high quality memory-foam queen sized mattress for the bed and can provide sheets, pillows, etc.
The living room includes a two-tv set up that I've found personally useful and also has a 48" standing desk with monitor that you can utilize for working. Inputs and wires can be made available if you bring a monitor/want to hook up your own laptop. Let me know!

I'm a mid 30s UX/UI designer that has been living in NYC since early 2016. I've lived all over this city in my time here andhave been in this current building since 2020.
I have a great relationship with the doormen/maintenance workers in the building so anything that goes wrong with the apartment will be fixed in a timely manner.
No issues with management, they are responsive and caring. Which, if you've lived here for a while, know is not the norm.
I'll need one month's rent up front and we can sort out utilities and cleaning fee when moving out.
