I am subletting my room from Dec 20th to Jan 24-25th (dates and duration of stay are flexible, can work with your schedule) in my cute Bed-Stuy apartment. Room is a warm, light-filled corner bedroom with three windows. Apt is located on the 4th floor (walkup).

Apartment is a brand new 2 bed, 1.5 bath in a brownstone in Bed-Stuy, a short walk to the Utica Ave AC train. There is also a citibike station a 3 min walk from the apartment. Apartment gets tons of light, is in a very cute and walkable part of bed-stuy, surrounded by restaurants like Trad Room, Laziza, FillyLuv, Lunatico, Milk and Pull, and more. I can send a list of restaurant and bar recs in the area.

Apartment has in-unit W/D in unit, dishwasher, split AC units with heat that keeps the apartment warm in this cold, and brand new furnishings and appliances. My roommate and I took great care to make this apartment a cozy, bright, plant-filled oasis made for relaxing and working.

My roommate works from home, so would prefer someone who works in person, but is not a deal breaker. Strong preference for women/femmes/non-binary folks. Would also love someone that can help water the plants with my roommate.

We ask that anyone who comes into our home respects it as if it were there own - we keep a clean house, no shoes. No pets (sorry - I am allergic).

I love reading - the apartment is filled with books that you are welcome to read while there. I also try to exercise regularly and there are weights, workout bands, and yoga mats in the space you are welcome to use. Also welcome to all the kitchen utensils, appliances, and TV which is logged into most streaming services.

I am laid back, clean, and a respectful roommate and expect the person who sublets my room also respects the space. My roommate is a good friend and we have an uplifting home environment. whether you are a social butterfly or keep to yourself, both are welcome!
