We are looking to fill both bedrooms of a spacious 2 bed apartment with great light on the third floor of a beautiful Brownstone. The apartment is fully furnished (bed, bedside table, dresser, shelves, kitchen supplies, couch).

Each bedroom is 1500/month, utilities included. If you are looking for a place for two people, this is for you! We are also of course open to two individuals moving in.

The apartment is an 8 minute walk to the Utica A/C and 11 minutes to the Gates J.

The building was fully renovated 5 years ago. There is an in-unit washer and dryer. We have a brand new bathroom with a rain shower and bathtub, and the fully-equipped kitchen has brand new appliances. These include: a full oven, microwave, dishwasher, double-door fridge, toaster-oven, and tons of kitchen/pantry cabinets.

There are just four apartments in the building. The neighbors are quiet and kind, and everyone helps to take care of the building.

In the neighborhood:
One block to Saratoga Park, sweet coffee shop and diner on the corner, one block from many restaurants and bars on Malcom X, convenient grocery stores 5-10 minute walk away along Malcom X or Broadway.

Also! There is a possibility to extend the sublet of the larger bedroom (the greener one in the photos) to January.

I am Miki, and I am a student graduating from NYU in May. I'll be leaving New York for the summer to work for a traveling circus in California! I've been living in this apartment for 3 years with my wonderful roommate Aida, who will be working on a farm in Vermont for the summer.
