About This Lister
We are the owners of the building. We will be showing the space and accepting applications.
This space is our home, and we are attentive landlords! We are looking for tenants who will ensure the property stays well-maintained, and will communicate any issues quickly. We are hoping for tenants with whom we can have a friendly, social relationship.

We will request the following documentation after an initial application review:
- Credit check
- Proof of income
- Copy of ID
After initial review, we may also request a past landlord recommendation.
First month’s rent and a security deposit will be required for move in.
Renter’s insurance is required for all tenants.
