We are 1.5 blocks from Herbert Von King Park, and close to many bars, restaurants and coffee shops.

The apartment is perfect for 1 person or a couple. Sorry, no pets.
This is a quiet building- we looking for like-minded tenants.

The living-room/ kitchen look out onto a peaceful back garden filled with trees. From the living-room, you pass through a hallway with 2 large closets for storage, and the entrance to the bathroom.
At the opposite side of the apartment, the bedroom is larger than the living room. It easily fits a king bed, and space for a home-office.
