I am renting my bedroom located in a 3 bedroom apartment in Clinton Hill. Room will not be furnished except for desk. We live on the second floor of a walk up.

Common space includes a living room and kitchen with a dishwasher. Laundry is in the basement of the building. You’ll share a bathroom with one of my roommates.

I live with two female roommates in their late twenties. One of my roommates has a friendly and chill dog who will be happy to cuddle you. We are all busy and rarely in the space all at once. Rarely host parties but will have friends over for dinner from time to time. We are respectful of the common space and try to keep everything clean and tidy.

5 min walk to Classon Ave G, 12 min walk to Clinton Washington C stop. Plenty of restaurants/coffee shops/bars nearby. 20 min walk to Fort Greene Park.

Rental price does not include utilities - which are typically $75-$100 a month.
