Looking for someone to take over my lease for a room in a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment in Prospect Lefferts Gardens starting April 1 (flexible) as I am moving to my own place closer to work.

The bedroom has its own private bathroom with a soaking tub and modern finishes. The room comfortably fits a full or queen bed and includes built-in closets with generous hanging and shelving storage. The bedroom faces a quiet courtyard and is very peaceful.

The apartment was designed by the landlord, an architect, and features thoughtful modern finishes throughout. Amenities include in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, central AC and heating, and tight-sealing tilt-and-turn windows. Recent renovation work has installed robust soundproofing; the living room, which faces the street, is also very quiet.

The other bedroom is occupied by a quiet couple in their mid-30s (two women). They have a calm cat that mostly stays in their room. The apartment is kept clean and tidy. We’re looking for a clean, considerate, and female-identifying roommate to join them. You would be taking over my portion of the lease, which would go until December 31st, 2026, with an opportunity to renew beyond that. The landlord is highly responsive and professional.

The location is excellent:
• 10 minute walk to Prospect Park
• 1 block from the 2/5 trains (Sterling Street Station)
• 10 minutes to the B/Q and Franklin Shuttle (Prospect Park Station)
