I bought this house 18 years ago intending to make my home in this community and to offer a reasonably priced rental space in a comfortable, considerate and secure home.

I’m looking for a good tenant who will be a good neighbor to residents of this building as well as our surrounding community. Most tenants have stayed here 3 to 5 years and 2 have left when expecting the 2nd child and needed more space.

I love living here and have continually worked to upgrade the house with new boiler, roof, windows etc.
