The house sits on a 7 acre plot and has 5 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms, full kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, living room, dining room, tv room, washer/dryer, deck, and pool. Access to a stream on the property and a forest that leads to Marsh Pond. Two bedrooms are on the top floor, two on the main floor, and one on the lower level.

This space is ideal for a family, as there are many bedrooms and plenty of space. The house is well stocked with all of the kitchen tools one might need. There is high speed internet for those who are working remotely. The house is walking/biking distance from a fantastic neighborhood pizza restaurant, many biking and running trails, and prospect lake. Hillsdale and Great Barrington are about a 10 minute drive.

Our home is listed for weekly rentals but we are open to monthly. If you choose to rent the house monthly, the rate will be lower than the weekly rate.

About This Lister

We are a mother-daughter duo, Lisa and Hannah, that has cherished this house for nearly 30 years.

I (Hannah, the daughter) am the point-person for the house and rental. I am a recent law school graduate, currently serving as a judicial law clerk. I love to run (great running trails near the house) and cook with my mom. The house allows us to visit Tanglewood (a summer highlight), walk around Hudson and Great Barrington, and enjoy the outdoors (we provide bikes with the house). We hope you can share in the joys of the Berkshires and our home.
