4th floor appartment in a quiet side street, big fully equipped kitchen, living room with balcony (south west facing - great light) and large bedroom with comfortable queen size bed.
Washing machine, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, large shower, fast wifi, video projector and speaker, large screen for home working and nice office chair. No elevator.
Location: 4 min walk to U6 Rathaus Neukölln metro station.

DATES: We are flexible, but would like to sublet (or swap againt flat in Brooklyn!) for at least 4 weeks, between end of April until end of May.

We will also have availability for a sublet/swap during the months of August & September, minus one week in August (approx. 16-24.08).

If we are swaping, we would like to do it rent to rent, meaning no money exchange.

Hello! We are Isabella and Quentin, a young French-American couple living in Berlin for the last 7 years. We are looking to move to NYC and wanting to spend some time in the city before a proper move.
Isa is an entrepreneur in biotech and food tech, and originally born in NYC. Quentin is a French engineer working with biomaterial and climate tech.
We love having friends over, and can usually be found drinking a nice glass of wine at the new neighborhood restaurant on the block, when we’re not cooking at home! We love to travel, and would be glad to welcome you in our home and share our tips about Berlin.
