Enormous windows in living room flood the space with light. Close to beaches and all that the Hamptons offer. BBQ in the backyard, picnic table for lunch outside, enjoy reading in the garden which is adjacent to a preserve. Best VALUE rental in the area Fast Wifi 4 remote work. A haven for quiet enjoyment. 10 mins to Amagansett, 7 mins to East Hampton Village, 20 mins to Montauk, 18 mins to Sag Harbor. Close to everything, restaurants and activities - surfing, cinema, galleries, events, Hamptons Film Festival, etc. It will be hard to find a less expensive 3 bedroom house with pool in the Hamptons, I promise you.

We love going to the East End year-round.

March $275 a night
April $275 a night
2-10 April $300 and 4 night minimum [NYC school break]

May $275 a night except for Memorial Day weekend
May Memorial Day weekend $600 per night, 3 night minimum
June $310 a night
July $525 a night
August $650 a night
Labor Day weekend $700 a night
Sept $400 a night

Can possibly rent for shorter periods for Memorial Day, Labor Day. Absolutely no parties.

For July and August electric is billed separately. That way if you choose to leave the door open with aircon blasting, it will be on you. Generally electric costs for 2 weeks is around 100-150 USD.

No more than 5 people. No cats. If you want to pack in more people, you need a bigger space. No exceptions
This house has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

Absolutely no parties or events. None. The area is for quiet enjoyment. The neighbors will call the police. Believe me! Property fits two cars in the driveway.

Note that our property could use a paint job, so please do not complain. This is not a high-end property so if that is what you need this is not your spot. This is a wonderful haven for unfussy people who want a quiet respite close to nature, Amagansett, Sag Harbor, Montauk and East Hampton Village just down the road.

Three bedrooms include 1 queen, 1 double and 2 single beds.
Pool is now closed for fall/winter 2025 and will be open for Memorial Day.

We have rented this place on Listings Project for years but it seems my old email login does not work so I am relisting with my new email. It's been rented all summer 2025 to long-term and repeat renters and mostly through word of mouth. We are happy to share with the LP community which has always been great.
