Beautiful, bright, renovated + fully furnished loft studio in a well-maintained elevator bldg that has a secure package room. It’s got hardwood floors, exposed beams, super high ceilings and three big quadruple-paned windows, which look out onto Pearl St Plaza and the base of the Manhattan Bridge. Lightly occupied workshops/studios above and below us make it extra quiet and private.

The location is incredible: Brooklyn Bridge Park is right out our door, we’re 3 blocks from the York St F train, and a short walk to the ferry.

- tenant-controlled split system for heating and cooling.

Suitable for a single person or couple only. (No pets, sorry!) Dates are somewhat flexible, but really hoping to find someone to rent the place for the entire period.
