The bedroom in question is painted a deep blue with a canopy bed (photos of older maroon walls). Hardwood floors It has 12 FOOT CEILINGS AND TWO WALLS OF WINDOWS (sorry they aren't pictured!). Come check it out you'll love it.

And the main area is nicer decor-- still Brooklyn funky arty, just the adult 40s kind, not the mid-20s kind :)

Big picture: big arty loft with good light off the Morgan stop in Brooklyn (so East Williamsburg, on the edge of Bushwick, ie north of Flushing Ave.)

furnished: queen-sized bed, charming desk, bureau, shelves.

It's got a nice style I like; which could be toned down for ya :)
Less like a princess and more like a Viking regional leader, there is a canopy bed, outfitted blue and white. Faux fur blankets (I am happy to provide sheets/bedding). Dragon lamp 😄
Painted a rich deep blue. (Including an older photo of the room-- when painted red-- to show the size of it. the canopy bed makes the space seem smaller-- but cozier and luxurious, methinks :)

Furniture: antique desk & chair (not pictued); organic mattress; dresser; shelving.

—we are a nut-free home based on a severe allergy
—this is a loft apartment and comes with the plusses and the…occasional quirks associated with that. For example we have washers and dryers… is it a guarantee the adding-money-to-your-card-machine always works? Nope. But yes for the last months! I would predict you will have the smoothest of stays; just want to flag this is a spot for folks who want a Brooklyn loft experience, not a high end luxury building.
—this bedroom has the most privacy in the loft, and is set a bit further back /no adjoining walls to other flatmates.
-four floor walk up. about ten units per floor

AMENITIES
-storage area available
-Utilities [WiFi/ gas / electric] not included, & we usually split a house cleaner.

BONUS AMENITIES
-various art supplies, easel, etc
-bicycle probably if ya pump the tires
-kick scooters but it ain’t the season

AREA

Street parking isn’t hard— I keep a car here.
Half a block from subway entrance
Quiet-ish block night
Closely walkable to bars, restaurants, commercial area with lots of little stores, two large grocery stores one of which is 24 hours, good 24 hour deli around the block, one large park and some small ones.

Hi! I'm nice (I won't be there).
Two flatmates will be there, though one only part time.
There are both nice, easy, friendly, lowkey gentleman in their late 30s/40s. One spends sometime at his place upstate and is otherwise in office or quietly working from home. The other works evenings. I like them! We are friends. I am the primary tenant and am subletting while away. I am in my early 40s.
