I love my apartment, it is a real gem in East Williamsburg .The space is BIG for Brooklyn standards and centrally located to everything you need. There might be some instances during this period that I am willing to rent my smaller room for a much lesser price depending on dates when I am traveling back and forth and need a place to stay.
Be within WALKING distance to EVERYTHING! Restaurants, bars, thrift stores, vintage stores, 20 minute walk to Domino Park, Transmitter Park and 10 min walk to McCarren Park. Whole Foods one stop away on Bedford Avenue or a 20 minute walk. Local grocery stores on the block. 10 minutes into the city. It is 3 blocks to the L/G train off Metropolitan/Lorimer Ave stop. It is in a residential neighborhood that is clean, friendly and so quiet you can hear birds singing.
Bar seating in kitchen and full living room. It is a railroad style apartment so there are doors that separate each room. It is very spacious. It has so much light pouring in from every window. There are several windows throughout the entire apartment. heat that is very warm and cozy (radiator style). It is on the 3rd floor, fully furnished with a apple tv, kitchen supplies, bedding, towels. Excellent wifi, street parking is really accessible.

DATES ARE FLEXIBLE WITHIN THIS TIME PERIOD!!!

I can do face time tours and/or show it in person this week. Security deposit of $100. No references or proof of income needed.

I am a therapist and artist (she/her) 39, who works remotely. I have lived in Brooklyn for 10 years. I absolutely love my apartment and neighborhood. It is my sanctuary among the chaos that is NYC. It is very quiet and zen but a few blocks over and you are in the heart of Williamsburg. I love the artistic and creative energy that thrives in this area. I have been here a year now and have put a lot of work into making this space feel like home. It is a very quiet and friendly building.

I am looking to make some extra income during this time of year and open my space up to someone who seems like they could be the right fit.
