This loft is a rare, old-school converted factory space with exposed joist beams, original wood floors with beautiful patina, and a decor style that highlights its bohemian character. It’s very much a “you can’t find places like this anymore” kind of home.
The space is thoughtfully furnished, including a queen bed with a superb mattress, a daybed with trundle (another pull out bed pulls out from below the daybed), high-count linens, and a dining table that seats six.
There’s a standing desk, swing, floor-to-ceiling chalkboard, widescreen TV, and a projector setup for movie nights. Air purifiers are in both the main space and kitchen, and music is set up throughout.
There’s also a solid at-home fitness setup, including a stationary bike, hand weights, and other workout essentials. It’s not a late night/hosting parties place as all the building tenants are quiet and keep the environment as peaceful as is possible in the midst of Williamsburg. Think of it as a quiet oasis to return to.
The kitchen is fully equipped for all methods cooking and baking, with an espresso machine and milk frother, toaster, microwave, air fryer, NutriBullet Pro, Berkey water filter, and a well-stocked set of spices and essentials.
One quirk of the layout: the kitchen and bathroom are located across a hallway that two quiet neighbors pass through to access their unit. These spaces are exclusively yours, and the main loft itself is fully private and secured behind a locked door.
Located on the second floor (walk-up) in a secure building, just two blocks from the waterfront in the heart of North Williamsburg—a couple blocks from Domino Park, the riverside, and some of the best cafes, yoga studios, and restaurants in the city.
If this sounds like a good fit, feel free to reach out and share a bit about yourself.
I've lived around the world and have rented many places the way you are now looking to do so, either to get on my feet in a new city, or between places on the move. I will treat you with great respect and only ask that you treat my place with the same and enjoy its utter uniqueness. I am recovering from brain injury with considerable cognitive dysfunction, and so I greatly appreciate people who makes things easier, not more complicated.
If we move forward, please note:
