The Hart Agency New York's leading Wine, Spirits and Cannabis marketing Agency is looking for Individuals with a wide variety of skills, Including Promotional Modeling, Mixology, Bartending and Wine and spirits Storytelling to work in Retail store settings as a consumer educator.
We are a New York Based experiential marketing and events agency with an entrepreneurial spirit, committed to building brands in the New York Market. With a rich history of consumer engagement, this role leads a team of Brand Educators who work in the field to educate consumers on Wine, Beer and Spirits via in store activation, Sampling and demonstrations at retail locations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Display product and direct customers to specified products.
2. Answer customer's questions about product.
3. Explain qualities of product to persuade customers to buy product.
4. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
5.Be charismatic and tell a story to help bring our clients brands to life in a retail setting
• Must be 21 years or older Valid NYS Driver’s License
• Reliable transportation required
• Flexibility to be able to work evening & weekends
• Assertive and positive attitude
• Ethical and positive approach
• Possess drive; goal-oriented
• Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers, demonstrates an energetic attitude
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers and management
• Knowledge of Wine and spirits and confidence to describe and represent in the most professional manner
• Legal and Compliance Accountability. Maintain all legal and marketing code guidelines for the state of NY SLA and our partners

About Us
We are a NYC based promotional marketing company that specializes in Cannabis, Beer, Wine and Spirits consumer in Store activations. We solely work in NY State and the bulk of our roles are doing demo/Sampling of Wine and spirits in Liquor stores and Restaurants but the majority of our engagement is within retail wine and spirts shops. Our business is mostly Friday evenings and Saturday with the bulk of the work being Evenings from 5-9PM. Typically we can offer between 2 shifts a week with the possibility for more as we enter the Holiday season
